Things to know before training
-Every person who trains at PSP goes through a thorough initial evaluation to identify areas of weakness and/or limited mobility. They will then receive an individualized training program based on this evaluation, individual fitness goals, and (if applicable) the unique demands of their sport/position
-For offseason and preseason training, athletes are expected to commit to at least 2 training sessions per week. Many athletes will be given exercises to do at home as well, and failure to meet “homework” obligations may result in forfeiture of training sessions.
-Non-athletes are expected to commit to at least 1 training session per week (at least 2 is recommended).
-We prefer to train people in groups, since it adds a sense of competition which drives improvement and makes training more fun. So if you have friends/teammates who you'd like to train with, bring them in to join you!
